Username and Password -- When prompted for your username and password through Outlook, you need to enter your username as STLAWU\username and then use your regular password.  

Mobile Device Configuration --  Devices such as the iPhone, Android based phones, and Windows Mobile phones work the best with Microsoft Exchange. Blackberries do work for email but can't take advantage of all aspects of the new system. For instructions for configuring each device:

• All other devices -- Please contact your cell phone service provider for assistance. When talking to them, you will need to know the following: New Mail Server -- mail.stlawu.edu using SSL and type of mail server -- exchange (or IMAP if device can't do exchange or Exchange Active Sync)
