Setting
Up CorporateTime Calendar
Personal
use
You
can easily use CorporateTime Calendar as a personal
calendar resource for yourself.
If you do not share calendars
or need to use group functions,
you are not required to
call Information Technology
for a license.
Shared
use
Since
we have a limited number
of licenses for sharing
CorporateTime Calendar
online, accounts are not
automatically created. If
you desire to share your
calendar with others, access
other user's calendars,
or want to be able to use
group functions (such as "inviting" others
to an event) you will need
to call Information Technology
to setup your account.
Please
call the IT Helpdesk at x5770
for an online calendar account.
You will also need to contact
the owner of any departmental/online
calendar to be added to
that group.
