Wireless Mouse and Keyboard

Wireless devices allow you the flexibility to freely roam the classroom while continuing to control the computer monitor.

Wireless keyboard Top of page

The wireless keyboard functions throughout the classroom, allowing the instructor freedom to edit documents, adjust URLs and the like from virtually any vantage point. The standard keyboard and mouse will remain in place, always available, at each instructor's computer workstation.

Wireless mouse Top of page

  • Set on any flat surface the Gyration mouse works like an ordinary desktop optical mouse with left and right buttons, and scrolling wheel
    • Click on any button to turn-on the mouse
    • The light on the handset will glow green to indicate adequate battery charge
  • Held mid-air, the mouse can also be operated from any vantage point

IMPORTANT: In order for the wireless mouse to be an effective tool in the classroom, the unit must be placed back on the charging cradle at the conclusion of each class. Failure to do this will result becoming unusable for future classes.

If you do not see a green light on the top of the Gyration mouse, the battery is dead! To request a replacement, please contact the IT Helpdesk at x5770.
