The University has a limited number of IP concurrent licenses allowing access to these materials. If one of these licenses is not available when you try to access materials, you will receive a message indicating that the University's license has expired. If so, wait for awhile and try again; a license should open up shortly. If you continue to have trouble accessing the site, please notify the IT HelpDesk at 315-229-5770.
Once logged in, you will have complete access to an extensive library of training materials. There are over 1000 courses totaling more than 63,000 tutorials, and more are added all the time. To find what you'd like to learn about, browse by subject, product, software vendor, tutorial author, or new releases. Or, search by keyword.

This displays a list of options to narrow down courses to choose from:

Click your course, then select tutorials to view. The tutorial topics are tightly focused and last from two to ten minutes.
Use the controls at the bottom of the video window to pause, rewind, fast-forward, or adjust the volume.

You may need to adjust the volume on your computer and/or headphones as well.
In addition to training videos, you may access files used during the tutorial. These may be downloaded so you can work right along with the instructor. Click the tab to the right of the Table of Contents with a course to start the download.

When you are finished with your training session, please click "Logout" to release the license for another user. Otherwise, it will take 30 minutes for the license to time-out automatically, tying up the license unnecessarily.
