The IT HelpDesk is located on the bottom floor of Madill Hall. During the semeter, our regular hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8am to 11pm, Fridays 8am to 5pm, Saturdays 3pm to 7pm, and Sundays 3pm to 11pm.

The IT HelpDesk offers support to faculty, staff, and students for all technology needs associated with St. Lawrence University. Please call the IT HelpDesk at x5770 or email helpdesk@stlawu.edu for assistance. You may also submit a workorder online. Already submitted a workorder? You can check the status of your workorder by logging into the HelpDesk workorder system as well.
