Audio Visual Technology Setup Request Form [Student Organizations]

This form may be used by student organization representatives for on campus events occurring during business hours in academic spaces or public spaces (no residences). All representatives should review the Media Services policy for guidance. For events outside of business hours, student organizations may borrow data projectors and screens from the IT Helpdesk. Sound equipment is not available for loan.

Student organization reps must also include complete contact info for the advisor. Advisors will be copied into this request for confirmation.

Setup time indicates when you prefer for the equipment be set up in the room. Actual setup time, however, is often determined by factors beyond our control (e.g. other events in that space, previously scheduled setups, etc.).
