This form should be completed as a request for the installation of any computer software needed in a classroom or computer lab for the Fall 2010 semester  During this coming summer break (July-August), all of the lab and classroom computers on campus will undergo a complete reinstall.  It is imperative that any applications that you are currently using be included in the submission of this form.  The deadline for submission is May 7, 2010 (the last day of Spring exams). Please be sure to have any/all requests in by this time to ensure that there is ample time to test and troubleshoot these software packages prior to classes beginning in late January.  Thank you!
