On Wednesday, May 6, 2009 Blackboard announced intent to acquire ANGEL Learning, our current learning management
system. We do not anticipate this development to impact support and use of ANGEL at St. Lawrence in the upcoming academic year, however, it will figure heavily into our planning and continual evaluation of learning management system options.
