Using the Viewmail application allows you to visually manage your
messages from your computer. You can Play, Send, Reply, Redirect,
Archive and Delete messages instantly. You can also rewind, pause and
fast-forward the messages during playback.
- To install, click Viewmail, enter your network username and password, and select Run. Then select Next, Next, Next, Next and Finish.
- To open the application, go to Start -> Programs ->
Telanophy -> Viewmail. Right click Viewmail and create shortcut on
your desktop.
- To log on to Viewmail, double click the shortcut you created on your desktop.
- Enter your Personal ID (9+your extension) and your Security Code. Next to server, replace Viewmail withVoicemail
