Student Campus Mailbox Information

For your security, mailbox combinations will not be given out in person at the Student Mail Center window and SMC staff will NOT open your
CMR for you unless it is determined to be broken. To access your campus mailbox number and combination login to esaint and click on "MyInfo" tab. 

Campus Mailings Information

If you are mailing to a particular group, such as all seniors, you do not need to label each piece, but have a note attached tell us what group it is for: example "ALL SENIORS".  Here are the number of active students per class year when sending to particular class years.  December 09 Graduates = 16; Seniors '10 = 522, Juniors '11 = 533, Sophomores '12 = 606 & First Year '13 = 599.

If you are sending a mailing to a large group but not any one class year, please be sure to label each piece with the students Campus Mail Room (CMR) # and put in numerical order.

All mailings should contain a return address.  If there is no return address on the piece, or you are sending a large mailing, please accompany the mailing with a completed Student Mail Transmittal Form.

The SMC only accepts mass mailings from officially recognized campus organizations.  All student organization mailings are subject to authorization by Student Life.

Please allow adequate time for you mailing to be delivered. During busy times of year it could take up to 48 hours to get completely delivered.

The SMC does not accept mass mailings from non campus organizations.
