Office Services Updates 2010
Semester Startup: Due to the increased volume of requests at this time of year, we recommend you request duplicating jobs at least three days before they are needed.
Scanning is now available from all Ricoh copiers on campus using the Global Scan software. This feature allows you to scan directly to a network drive or your email. Office Services can setup a custom scan profile for your repetitive scanning jobs. For more information visit infotech.stlawu.edu/officeservices. To request training, email officeservices@stlawu.edu.
New FedEx Account Number: The University's FedEx account number has changed. Please return unused shipping labels to Office Services as soon as possible. For the new account number or new labels, email officeservices@stlawu.edu.
Addressing of Mail: Improperly addressed mail may delay delivery. Be sure to:
- Include the recipient's department name
- Include your department name when providing your address to entities outside the
University - For student mail, include the student's SMC# and a return address
- For International mail, include the destination country spelled out entirely,
not the country code, as the last line of the address
Visit http://infotech.stlawu.edu/node/898 for examples of proper address formatting.
