All office phones may be used as a speakerphone to facilitate a conference call

HIGH-QUALITY SPEAKERPHONE
a "spider" speakerphone setup may be requested through Information Technology and used to facilitate a conference call

AUDIO CONFERENCE
access to the university's Conference Bridge may be requested through Information Technology.  The system provides an 800 number and access code that participants may use to join a conference call.

VIDEO CONFERENCE
Skype could be used for video calling between two computers (both computer must have webcams).  Assistance in setting up Skype may be requested through Information Technology

HIGH-QUALITY VIDEO CONFERENCE
The university has a Polycom video conferencing available for setup. Please note, this system would require all locations participating in the conference to use a compatible IP-based video conferencing system. This service must be reserved through SPii.  Through that request arrangements will be made with Information Technology.
