Equipment Loan Program
Information Technology currently maintains and manages a small pool of laptop computers, digital still cameras, digital video cameras (camcorders), tripods, and data/video projectors for faculty and staff loan. These items are available for short-term loan to St. Lawrence University faculty and staff only.

Faculty and Staff Equipment Pool
The equipment is often in high demand (especially at certain times of the year) so requests should be made as far in advance as possible.
Equipment must be picked up and returned to the Information Technology Department, Madill Hall between 9am and 4pm Monday through Friday. Participants should plan to spend at least 15 minutes at both check-out and return to complete necessary paperwork.
Unless an authorization form designating an alternative person is completed and presented, loaner equipment may only be picked up and returned by the person whose name the reservation is in at the time of check-out and/or return. The person whose name is recorded on the reservation is solely responsible for the return of the equipment. It is the responsibility of the person borrowing the equipment to know how to use the items. At the time of check-out, you will be shown the basic operation of the item.
