Office Services Guidelines

We operate on a first come, first served basis:

  • Simple duplicating tasks without color that do not require finishing work are generally completed by the end of the next business day
  • Complex duplicating tasks involving color, finishing and/or large volumes may require three or more days
  • We will do our best to accommodate emergencies
  • If you have a job that is URGENT, please submit it ASAP

In order to provide you with the highest quality copies, please use the following guidelines:

  • Each job coming into this office must have a 2-part job ticket attached, filled out completely and correctly
  • Be sure that your originals are copier ready:
    • Clean
    • Dark print
    • On white paper
    • As little background as possible
    • No black edges
    • Numbered in pencil on the back
    • No staples, paper clips, ring binders, or three hole punch paper
  • Make sure that your originals are either:
    • All one-sided (preferably)
      • OR:
    • All two-sided
  • Leave a 1/2 inch margin around the edges of the page to prevent any writing or design from being cut off
  • If you check Please Call, we will call you when your job is done
    • PLEASE do not call to see if it is ready as this lengthens production time!
  • If you are a member of a campus-based organization you must obtain your 10-digit account number from the president or treasurer of your organization
