New Voicemail System

St. Lawrence University is implementing a new voice mail system on Tuesday, May 13, 2008. This system replaces our aging Octel voice mail and will add significant new features to help you communicate more efficiently.

Your voice mailbox number will remain the same. The telephone number to enter the new system will also remain the same, 229-5050.

You will be required to initialize your new voice mailbox first thing that morning. To do this, dial x5050 from your telephone, enter the temporary password (1234567) and follow the prompts to record your name, set your new security code (must be at least 6 digits) and record your personal greeting.
